Illinois Atty. Ge. William J. Scott issued subpenas Thursday for the records of two abortion referral services in an investigation of possible consumer fraud.

Description:Subpoenas were issued to the abortion referral services run by twins Victoria Sanders and Valeria McCullough, which are in part responsible for directing women to the sub-par abortion clinics exposed by the Sun-Times and Better Government Association.
